At Personalized Dominoes, we want you to love your custom fashion pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals are still intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
